Applicability of Terms
These terms apply when you purchase or have purchased something on the website getpurpose.nl and to any offer related to it. These terms outline what we can do for you and what we expect from you.
The Offer
We clearly indicate what, when, and how you can purchase and pay for items. Prices are displayed, along with information about returns. If there’s an error on a page, we are bound by it unless it is a clear mistake that you could have reasonably noticed.
The Agreement
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all important details. If you do not receive this email, please notify us at sales@getpurpose.nl.
Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase something on our website as a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal. This means you can cancel the agreement without providing a reason within 14 days. The 14-day period starts:
- For a single product: when you or someone you designate receives the product.
- For multiple products: when you or someone you designate receives the last product if delivered separately.
- For multiple shipments of a single product: when you or someone you designate receives the last shipment or part.
- For regular shipments: when you or someone you designate receives the first product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the withdrawal form and email it to sales@getpurpose.nl within the 14-day period. After this, you have another 14 days to return the product.

What We Expect During the Cooling-off Period
During the 14-day withdrawal period, we expect you to handle the product carefully. Do not use it in ways others would not appreciate, as this may reduce the amount you are refunded.
This right of withdrawal is intended for inspection, as you would do in a physical store. For instance, you can try on a piece of clothing but not wear it for extended periods.
If you go beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product, you are responsible for any depreciation. We are entitled to deduct this from the refund.
What You Can Expect After Returning the Product
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will confirm this to you. If the product is in good condition, you will receive a refund or, if you prefer, a replacement product.
If the product does not meet the agreement, it can also be returned for replacement or repair after consultation with us.
Return Shipping Costs
The costs for returning a product when exercising the right of withdrawal are your responsibility. Shipping costs for PostNL packages can be found at: PostNL Rates
Non-returnable Items
You cannot return used items, such as clothing that has been washed or worn. If you return used goods, they will be inspected for depreciation.
Pricing
We are transparent about our prices to avoid surprises. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs, without markup, are charged and vary per product. This will be displayed during the ordering process so you know the total price.
Fulfilling Promises and Guarantees
We always deliver on our promises—this is what PURPOSE® stands for. However, mistakes can happen. If something is wrong with your product, contact us at sales@getpurpose.nl, and we will resolve it. You are entitled to a product that meets the agreement.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
PURPOSE® uses carriers such as POSTNL and DHL. We aim to deliver the product to the carrier as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines are indicated per product during the ordering process.
Delivery will occur as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after your order.
Once shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code to monitor your delivery. If your package does not arrive, contact us so we can take action.
Payment
We will process your order immediately after payment. If there’s an issue, notify us at sales@getpurpose.nl.
Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint, let us know—we usually have a solution. You will hear from us within seven working days.
